About Our Attorneys
David S. Ged, Esq.
David is a proud Florida Gator and managing attorney at Ged Law. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Florida in 1987. He attended law school at the New England School of Law where he also earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1992. David practiced law in Boston until 2004 when he returned to Southwest Florida.
Christopher O’Connell, Esq.
Christopher O’Connell is a Partner with Ged Law, he has spent all of his legal career representing communities throughout Collier and Lee Counties. Passionate about improving the well-being of entire communities, he has dedicated himself to building long term relationships with his clients.
Linda Fox, Legal Assistant
Linda joined the firm in 2007 as a paralegal and assistant. She has a wealth of responsibilities including legal assisting for the attorneys, drafting of pleadings, legal research and daily interaction with all of our clients. She also helps with billing and accounting for our office. Linda has experience and knowledge in litigation, condominium and homeowner association law, real estate law and title examination.
She has worked in the legal field for over 30 years and worked as a full-time paralegal for Roetzel and Andress, LPA prior to coming to our practice. She worked as a paralegal and helped in the areas of civil litigation and condominium and homeowner association laws. She resides in Naples with her husband and two children.
